Yesterday at the vet everything went well. Dino weighs 7.8 pounds!!! He gained 2.8 pounds in 3 weeks. Rambo weighed 5.4 pounds so he gained 1.2 pounds in 3 weeks. We think he still has parasites since he is still really bony and not gaining enough weight so the vet gave him just one type 0f medicine for 10 days and that should make him rid completely of the parasites.
Next Wednesday I'm taking Rambo down to the city to get his rabies and microchip. Then on Thursday morning they are both going in to get neutered!
I don't know anything about dogs but is that okay to have him cut into 2 days in a row?
ReplyDeleteThe rabies shot is just a shot and the microship is also a shot. The chip is the size of a grain of rice and it goes in between their shoulder blades just with a little larger needle. Then the neutering well you know that's on the other side of their body!
