Today I finally made my first batch of gluten free Christmas cookies. I used Bob's Red Mills all purpose gluten free flour to make butter balls, a.k.a. Mexican Wedding Cakes, a.k.a. Russian Teacakes. And much to my surprise they are delicious! They are definitely a little different tasting than the original version but still wonderful. And Tre got to eat his first whole cookie that I can remember.
