So proud

My mother has a lemon tree that is overflowing. So I went and picked some lemons and decided to make a pound cake. Here is the recipe and this is what came out.

So my icing might be a little thin but that's okay. This was the first time I successfully removed a bundt cake from it's pan! And for that I am proud. I am now glad that I own the thing and looking forward to using it again.

It tastes delicious so, I'm going to have to work hard at not eating the whole thing myself. And of course now I want mini bundt pans to make individual ones so that I can eat it all myself!
